POSI LOCK™ 100 ton hydraulic pullers provide maximum pulling force in applications requiring high force removal of large gears, pulleys, wheels, sleeves and other press fit parts. A hydraulic power lift cart enables the puller to be raised up to 5ft. above ground. Lifting brackets allow the puller to be removed from the cart and lifted into work places above 5ft. When not in use, the lift cart may be used as a means to manually transport the puller.

Transforming the 2 jaw puller into the 3 jaw puller is an easy 4 step process!

1. Move the Cage® cylinder from 2 jaw position to 3 jaw position.

2. Place the 3rd jaw into the lower 3 jaw position.

3. Remove the jaw from the 2 jaw position.

4. Place jaw from 2 jaw position into upper 3 jaw position.
